Does anyone else have a sylvian fissure avm?

I found out recently at the doctor that I have an even more rare avm. It is located in the temporal lobe and its in or near what is called the sylvian fissure, which is a deep indentation that divides the temporal lobe from the frontal and parietal lobe. This makes having a surgery to remove the avm to be a lot more risky. I was just wondering if anyone else had their avm in this location and what you ended up getting done.

Thank you so much to anyone who read this post. This is my first one
